MARK SMITH

DIRECTOR

Mark is a graduate of Exeter University with a Masters degree (MSc) in Health & Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Exericse & Sport Science.

He is a full member of REPS, a qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer with NASM and is affiliated to BASES, the governing body for accredited Sport & Exercise Psychologists.

Mark enjoys active challenges, most notably two treks through Peru and China, two cycles across Cuba and Vietnam, and four London Marathons. 

Jeff SMITH

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Jeff has over 35 years experience within education. He is a former Deputy Headteacher, has fulfilled roles within Senior Management Teams and is an Educational Consultant. He holds his Certificate in Education and a Diploma in Special Education. His work has spanned both behavioural and learning difficulty populations, Comprehensives, Independents, Special, and at Further Education level.

In 1991, Jeff launched EK Sports, providing fun sporting opportunities in school holidays for children, This proved to be the longest running and most successful family day camp in the area, providing happy memories for thousands of children in Surrey.

The 'Eagle' played National League Volleyball Division 1 and has toured Africa as a cricketer with London Schools.

WILL BAKER

FITNESS COACH

Will holds an MSc in Psychology and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Exeter University and joins us from 5 years in sales and finance, "I understand it can be difficult to find the time to exercise effectively when working long hours. I believe that variation and challenge is key."

Will holds his Level 2 Gym qualification, and coaching badges in football, cricket, and SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness) 

Will plays many team sports competitively and enjoys endurance based events, including marathons in London, Paris and Lisbon and a half ironman on Romney Marsh! 

 

STUART MAILER

ASSOCIATE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Stuart specialises in the musculoskeletal field and sports injuries. He has over 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist & Rehabilitation Pilates teacher.

Stuart has been the resident physiotherapist for the national tennis championships and ITF tournaments and continues to work closely with national tennis players. His role within motorsport also sees him travel with a selection of Indy car racing drivers.

Stuart holds a MSc in Sports Medicine and writes a monthly column for Women's Fitness magazine.
