Stuart Mailer - Associate Physiotherapist

Stuart specialises in the musculoskeletal field and sports injuries. He has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Rehabilitation Pilates teacher.

Stuart utilises manual therapy skills in his work with the general public and professional sportspeople. Operating within both private physiotherapy clinics and national academies, Stuart’s work has spanned Edinburgh, Leicestershire and London. He is now an established physiotherapist based at Surrey Physio (www.surrey-physio.co.uk).

Stuart has worked extensively with a range of elite and recreational sportsmen and women from sports including tennis, athletics, judo and motorsport. He has been the resident physiotherapist for the national tennis championships and ITF tournaments and continues to work closely with national tennis players. His role within motorsport also sees him travel with a selection of Indy car racing drivers.

At present Stuart is studying for his MSc in Sports Medicine and writes a monthly column for Women’s Fitness magazine.
