This will often take the form of outdoor exercise. Our qualified Personal Trainers will be happy to answer any questions you may have. ● Training for events – planning & implementing safe training strategies; to get the most out of your event our training is progressive and challenging. (some previous events include, Hydro Active 5km, Clapham Common 10km, Epsom 10m, Great South Run, Great West Run, Peru Trek, Vietnam Cycle, Cuba Cycle, London Marathon) *** Group Training for events is also available *** ● Nutritional advice – practical information aimed at improving dietary intake, be it for health, weight loss, weight gain, hydration or general well being. |
