What do we do? Headstart FOR KIDS offers an opportunity for children to partake in group exercise in a fun, safe and enjoyable environment. Our main objective is to keep children active in our increasingly sedentary lifestyles.

The health benefits of exercise are also accompanied by the social interaction of group activities, thus aiding a child’s development through learning life skills such as team work, leadership and persistence. Headstart FOR KIDS is open to boys and girls irrespective of athletic ability.

Each group will follow a pre-planned activity program including a variety of team games, exercise to music, interval challenges & health awareness issues.

Most importantly however we want children to realise that exercise can be fun, hence our ethos of ‘active enjoyment’.
