Headstartfor kids instructors

Successful Headstart for KIDS experiences are somewhat dependent on the instructor. They play an important role in assessing the children’s needs both as individuals and as part of the group. Some games may not be inherently fun and as such instructors must guard against situations where a games lesson can become a negative or unhappy experience. Sessions that are of most value are those where children are active for most of the time.

Of course, our instructors are subject to a comprehensive selection process, including training, ensuring they are suitable to work with children. Instructors will work to a prescribed curriculum to ensure that a balanced program is being delivered, though will naturally bring their own ideas and adaptations in certain situations.
