Each group will follow a termly curriculum allowing the opportunity for progressive development. Children become engaged in a process of achieving challenges and being set new ones, all whilst remaining physically active. A typical session schedule will cover:

● Active warm-up        e.g. gradual intro ‘on-the-go’ with appropriate stretches (10 mins)
  
● Cardiovascular          e.g. continuous movement to music at varying speeds  (10 mins)   

● Game                        e.g. structured individual/team fun games (15 mins)
                       
● Interval / Mind           e.g. stop-start work inc. some thought process tasks (10 mins)
 
● Cool down                e.g. to gradually return heart rate to resting  (5 mins)                                                      

This also includes time allocated for children to change into PE kit and to have a drinks / toilet break midway through the session.
