Q. How much will a session cost me?
A. Our consultancy fees range from £30-£75 per hour, depending on service, number of sessions, and travel distances. In most cases your initial consultation will be free of charge.

Q. I haven’t exercised for years, is it too late?!
A. No. Coupling knowledge of Personal Training and Exercise Psychology, we can develop a progressive and realistic action plan.  No matter what your physical condition, there is always something we can add!

Q. I think sport psychology is really interesting but don’t know exactly how it would benefit my sports club?
A. Sport Psychology has massive potential to boost performance in many sporting contexts. Of course each team and individual is unique and so a needs analysis would provide us with direction. Contact us on 07950 711866 for more information.

Q. Can my child join any kids class?
A. At present, we are operating in certain schools for their pupils only. If you would like our service at your child’s school or club then please speak with us and/or with the Headteacher/organiser.
